About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Seasonal Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting our products in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide 5-star customer experience consistently, going above and beyond to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and uses, and be able to communicate this knowledge to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Work with the sales team to achieve sales targets, maintain a visually appealing store environment, and ensure that products are properly stocked and displayed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals, maintain a positive and supportive work environment, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities, and work effectively under pressure.
