We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team in Romford. As a Retail Associate, you'll be an ambassador for our business, providing exceptional customer service and creating a treasure hunt experience that keeps our customers coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business results
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and stock control
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment
- Participate in stockroom organization and maintenance, ensuring a clean and efficient stockroom
