We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at HSL Chairs. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to customers, answering their queries and addressing their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect furniture for their needs, using our exclusive chair fitting service to ensure a perfect fit.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all details are correct and that customers receive their furniture on time.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom environment, ensuring that all products are displayed and presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
- DBS check required.
