As a talented Engineering Manager at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our Rail business unit. Our team is passionate about delivering renewed and enhanced rail infrastructure with minimal passenger disruption.

With millions of people relying on Britain's rail network every day, we're committed to providing safe and efficient transportation solutions. We cover a wide range of disciplines, including electrification, power supply, tunnelling, and civil engineering and building capabilities.

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our internal and external engineering resources. You'll be responsible for ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in line with project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on multi-discipline civil engineering projects, preferably within the Rail sector. They should possess a Chartered Engineer qualification or equivalent, along with experience in managing design processes in tender or contract environments.

You'll work closely with our customers to provide a complete rail offering, including track and signalling works from our supply chain partners. Our innovative working practices and techniques enable us to minimise disruption for railway users while delivering complex projects efficiently.

As a key member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on your experience. You'll also benefit from a generous holiday entitlement, flexible working hours, and access to continuous learning opportunities.
