About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Pre-Contract Author to join our bid team at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-scoring proposals that meet client expectations and address their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bid writing, with experience in managing multiple proposals simultaneously and working under pressure. A diploma or degree qualification, bid writing training, and experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree qualified.
  • Bid writing training, such as Shipley or the Winning Bids Masterclass.
  • Previous successful bid writing experience in a similar infrastructure environment.
  • Experience managing a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience using knowledge management systems.
