Senior Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Cygnet Health Care. As a Senior Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Develop and implement training programs for staff on mental health topics
- Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
- Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies and treatment modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
