About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Cygnet Health Care. As a Senior Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff on mental health topics
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
  • Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies and treatment modalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
