Key Responsibilities- Carry a caseload of children, young people, and families, providing ongoing therapeutic support and capacity building.
- Develop and implement interventions to support the emotional and mental health needs of children, young people, and families.
- Work collaboratively with parents, professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting children's mental health.
- Contribute to the development of practice and policy within the service, ensuring that it is informed by best practice and evidence-based research.
- Qualifications in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
