Maintenance and Fault-Finding Specialist

A Control & Instrument Technician is required to plan, contract and/or physically carry out C&I maintenance works at VPI Immingham Power Station. Responsibilities include ensuring high housekeeping and safety levels, managing contracts, and providing supervision during plant overhauls.
About the Position:
This role is ideal for an experienced technician who has completed an apprenticeship in a relevant engineering discipline and has hands-on experience with control systems and instruments. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of C&I maintenance works
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
- Contract management
- Supervision during plant overhauls
Requirements:
- Relevant apprenticeship training
- Hands-on experience with control systems and instruments
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Estimated Salary:
£52,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
