At Turner & Townsend, we're expanding our team of skilled professionals to support clients across the UK in delivering high-profile infrastructure projects. As an Infrastructure Project Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing a wide range of projects and programmes in Aviation, Roads, Rail, Telecommunications, Utilities, and more.

We're looking for experienced project managers who possess a deep understanding of infrastructure project management principles, contract administration, leadership, and teamwork. You should have significant experience in administering NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts, either as a named Project Manager or in a representative role within the last 12 months.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with diverse personalities and building long-term trusted advisor relationships with our clients. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and motivate others.

We estimate that the salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure may vary based on factors such as location, qualifications, and individual performance.

This role requires strong planning, communication, and organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and communicate effectively with senior client representatives. Experience of managing contractors, consultants, and other advisors on infrastructure projects would be beneficial.

We welcome applications from candidates who possess a degree or HND qualification in a management, construction, or infrastructure-related subject, or equivalent experience. Professional affiliation, qualification, or near-qualified status with the APM, ICE, or similar institution is desirable. Project management certification (APM/PRINCE2/MSP) is highly valued.
