Turner & Townsend is a global leader in the infrastructure sector, and we're seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Controls Expert to join our team.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in project controls services, including end-to-end service delivery, performance management, risk management, schedule management, cost management, scope, and change management. As an Infrastructure Project Controls Expert, you'll be responsible for leading and managing multiple project controls functions, influencing senior stakeholders to improve performance, and ensuring that client objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver project controls services, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, relating to large, complex, and mega projects.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPIs to improve project performance.
  • Lead and manage multiple project controls functions, including risk management, schedule management, cost management, scope, and change management.
  • Influence and guide senior stakeholders to improve performance.
  • Act as the key day-to-day project team interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and projects are delivered within time and cost targets and to the appropriate quality standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A relevant technical degree and management qualifications.
  • Professional experience undertaking project control roles for the development and/or delivery of construction projects.
  • Experience working within planning & scheduling, cost management, risk management, change control, information management, and reporting within complex projects, and integration of same.
  • The ability to manage and mentor a team of specialists in the above fields, enabling strong training and development for junior staff members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, a hybrid working approach, and a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and health cash plan. We also offer opportunities for professional development and career progression.
