Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in maintaining high standards across the team and driving sales growth.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the Lounge, including rotas, team engagement, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and labour targets.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including sales and labour forecasts.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor in a restaurant, bar, café, or coffee shop environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong knowledge of sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS.
  • Ability to work at pace with limited supervision, while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
