About the Role

Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists is seeking an experienced Paid Media Director to lead our paid media efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Paid Media Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 and driving the overall direction and strategy of our paid media efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategy & Client Services

  • Developing integrated paid media strategies for clients
  • Overseeing and contributing to the delivery of client paid campaigns to ensure best practice, innovation, and excellence
  • Building productive relationships with senior clients and unlocking new commercial opportunities
  • Working closely with the Strategy & Performance team to provide holistic cross-channel strategies

New Business

  • Leading paid media new business (RFI, RFP, and pitches)
  • Pitching for exciting new clients and onboarding them
  • Working with inbound, outbound, and partners new business leads

Product, Agency & Team Development

  • Helping in the development of our agency products and services
  • Leading by example and helping develop the skills of more junior members of the team
  • Raising our and the agency profile through awards entries and conferences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Experience

  • Proven experience in paid media strategy and leadership
  • Strong industry knowledge and connections
