Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teacher to join our team at Academics LTD. As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting children with SEN across the Primary Year groups. You will work closely with Class Teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that meet the needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement IEPs for students with SEN
* Support Class Teachers in delivering lessons to students with SEN
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to supporting students with SEN
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and development

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working with children with SEN
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
