Job Overview

Academics Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join our team in a Primary Mainstream setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children across the Primary Year groups with SEN and possess excellent teaching skills.

About the Role

This fixed-term contract, starting in January, offers a unique opportunity for an SEN Teacher to work closely with Class Teachers across the school, providing tailored support to students in EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized education plans, promoting inclusive learning environments, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who shares our passion for delivering high-quality education and making a positive impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN
  • Work collaboratively with Class Teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
  • Contribute to staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes
