Job Description: Apprenticeship Program Developer

We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Program Developer to join our team at Octopus Energy Services. As a key member of our learning and development team, you will play a critical role in designing and developing apprenticeship training programs for our Low Carbon Heating Technician apprentice employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive apprenticeship training programs.
  • Work closely with technical experts within Octopus to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Evaluate participants' knowledge and skills before, during, and after training sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant training qualification.
  • Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum
