Lead Enterprise Portfolio Planning and Data

The Head of Enterprise Portfolio Planning and Data is a critical leadership role within the Enterprise Portfolio Management team. This position will be responsible for delivering large and complex cross-functional portfolio projects from initiation to execution. As our 'Go to' subject matter expert, you will have a significant influence on business decision-making and the ability to solve complex problems within a global FMCG business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large and complex portfolios, consisting of multiple unrelated projects with significant impact and risk.
  • Interpret business priorities to determine and adapt specific programme requirements, establishing detailed plans to ensure portfolio requirements are met.
  • Provide technical support, coaching, and advice to portfolio and project management colleagues.
  • Develop and implement effective training programmes to drive the technical capabilities of the team.
Requirements
  • Strong background in strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing and improving an enterprise system or tool.
