About the Role

Castle Craig is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a marketing strategy that drives business growth, increases brand awareness, and enhances customer engagement.
  • Lead the Marketing Team: Manage and motivate a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results.
  • Oversee Digital Marketing Activities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email, and social media marketing, to drive website traffic and conversions.
  • Manage Website Portfolio: Oversee the development and maintenance of our website portfolio, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with our marketing strategy.
  • Drive Quarterly Planning: Develop and implement quarterly marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive results.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies and optimize results.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering high-quality results.
  • Extensive Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, email, and social media marketing, as well as experience managing multiple websites.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing solutions that drive business growth.
  • Collaborative Leader: Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of marketing professionals.
