We are seeking a skilled Deputy Local Service Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. This is a temporary position for up to 12 months.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and external agencies
- Supporting the Local Service Manager in effective management of empty properties
- Liaising with statutory and voluntary partners
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Proven management experience in a social care environment
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
