Associate / Associate Director (Mechanical)

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Associate or Associate Director to lead our MEP division in London.

  • As a key member of our MEP leadership team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the mechanical disciplines, guiding multidisciplinary projects across various building sectors.
  • You will maintain and develop external relationships with clients, ensuring the commercial performance of projects, including negotiating additional fees and securing new business opportunities.
  • Acting as a role model within the team, you will ensure projects are delivered with a 'right-first-time' approach, adhering to quality management procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant qualifications, such as HNC, HND, Bachelor's, or Master's, and chartered status.
  • A proven track record of working in Mechanical engineering, with experience in a range of mainstream building services projects within the UK.
  • Strong team management skills, including recruitment, wellbeing, performance, management, and development.
  • Ability to win work and undertake business operations, including marketing, commercial, and financial responsibilities.
  • Sound knowledge of BIM processes, Revit, and IES/Amtech.
