Sales Engineer - HVAC

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Carver Group. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by combining technical expertise with effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the technical features and benefits of our air conditioning and refrigeration solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to clients with varying levels of technical understanding, ensuring clarity and building confidence in our solutions.
  • Work closely with the project and application teams to align technical solutions with client expectations, contributing to a cohesive and successful sales strategy.
Project Transition:
  • Ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to project implementation, collaborating with project delivery team and providing necessary technical insights and information to enable a successful completion.
Client Relationship Building:
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing technical support and acting as a trusted advisor for their air conditioning needs.
  • Adapt sales techniques to engage with clients in face-to-face and remotely, utilizing digital tools and communication channels effectively.
Forecasting/Sales Reporting:
  • Use CRM and any other internal systems to provide accurate data to enable the business to track customer and sales activity.
