About the Night Demi Chef de Partie Role
The Night Demi Chef de Partie is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen during nighttime hours. As a Night Demi Chef de Partie, you will be working closely with our Chef de Partie to manage the preparation and presentation of dishes, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and specifications to ensure consistency and quality during night service.
- Ensure that the preparation area is clean and organized throughout the night shift.
- Work efficiently to ensure dishes are prepared and ready in a timely manner during nighttime hours.
- Support the Chef de Partie in managing their section of the kitchen, especially during night operations.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines, including proper cooking temperatures and safe food handling practices, throughout the night.
About You:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Demi Chef de Partie who is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences. You will have a proven track record of managing and supporting a section of the kitchen effectively, with a strong commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
