The Role

As an Adult Care Assistant, you will be part of our dynamic team, supporting individuals in shared supported living houses. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the practical and emotional needs of our clients and draw up a care plan.

  • An ability to carry out practical and domestic duties.
  • An organised and flexible approach to the job.
  • A willingness to keep up to date with changing standards and codes of conduct within the social care sector.
  • An ability to communicate with other healthcare and social work professionals.

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible hours, offering a healthy work-life balance. We offer a competitive salary of £12.19 per hour, company events, company pension, on-site parking, and a referral programme.
