About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with mental health issues, learning disabilities, and autism.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as dressing, washing, and cooking.
- Participate in activities and hobbies, including trips out to the cinema or holidays.
- Encourage individuals to live independently within their own home and the local community.
- Administer medication as required.
- Complete daily care plans.
- Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met and protect the adults' rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect.

- A positive and caring nature.
- Energetic and understanding.
- Ability to adapt to difficult situations and be resilient.
- A good sense of humor.
