Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Elementary Education Specialist to join our team in Ealing. As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and teach well-structured lessons to meet individual learning needs, utilizing effective strategies to demonstrate student progression.
  • Offer innovative approaches to inspire the trust and confidence of students, promoting a love of learning.
  • Monitor student progress, ensuring that they achieve in relation to their prior attainment and make good progress compared to their personal needs.
Requirements
  • Creative and inspirational approach to teaching, with the ability to demonstrate specialist knowledge in delivering quality-driven sessions.
  • Hold QTS or equivalent qualification, with experience working with vulnerable children, such as those with Autism, epilepsy, or ADHD.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly, ensuring the smooth operation of the classroom.
  • Current DBS on the update service, demonstrating a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
