Nuclear QHSE Advisor Job Summary

A leading company in the nuclear sector is looking for a skilled Nuclear QHSE Advisor to oversee the implementation of quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) processes across its UK-based operations. The successful candidate will report directly to the head of QHSE and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business excellence and ensure regulatory compliance.

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to contribute to the development and improvement of IMS processes, investigate incidents, and develop recommendations for process improvements. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders while ensuring seamless integration of new initiatives.

To succeed in this challenging role, you should have extensive knowledge of nuclear industry regulations, preferably NEBOSH or IOSH certification, and experience working in highly regulated environments. Additionally, you should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, a strong focus on continuous improvement, and a passion for promoting a positive nuclear safety culture.
