Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Health Advisor to join our team at CV Library. As a seasoned health and safety professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Advise and assist in the development of health and safety procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on health and safety best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of all health and safety activities, including risk assessments and method statements.
  • Collaborate with the pre-construction team to ensure health and safety requirements are met during project planning and execution.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in health and safety, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Relevant certifications, such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Information

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £50,000 - £60,000 + package, depending on experience. Located in Bedfordshire, this position offers a great opportunity for career advancement and professional growth, including a competitive salary and benefits package.
