Emergency Planning Position

Candidate must be able to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders to provide top-notch service as an Administrative Emergency Preparedness Assistant. This contract role is based in Dungeness and has a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promptly address basic maintenance needs for onsite emergency facilities.
  • Support senior team members in enhancing emergency response capabilities.
  • Develop comprehensive emergency response strategies and training materials.
  • Organize and implement regular site-based emergency response exercises.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with pagers and ensure timely repairs.
  • Analyse operational data and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Facilitate information sharing among team members and management.
  • Remain vigilant and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Necessary Qualifications

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High degree of flexibility and ability to multitask.

Salary Information

This position's annual salary is approximately £14,660.
