Foster Care Recruitment Specialist

At ISP Foster Care, we're dedicated to providing exceptional support to foster families and children in need. We're seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team and help us find the best foster parents for our children.
About the Role:
- Visit prospective foster parents in their homes, providing advice and assessing suitability for formal assessment.
- Write detailed reports on the recruitment process.
- Monitor the progress of prospective foster parents through the recruitment and assessment process.
- Support the delivery of recruitment events and community activities.
- Liaise with Fostering teams to ensure prospective applicants attend required training.
- Manage records and databases.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid driving license and have unrestricted access to your own vehicle.
- Be willing to travel extensively across the West Midlands region.
- Experience in fostering recruitment is an advantage, but not essential.
- Complete an enhanced DBS check, cost of which will be met by ISP.
