Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising and mentoring pharmacy staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality healthcare advice.
  • Collaborating with other teams to maintain a smooth and consistent experience for customers and patients.
  • Leading by example and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of new pharmacy initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Pharmacy Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
