We are seeking a skilled Registered Night Nurse to join our team at Queen Elizabeth's Foundation for Disabled People. As a Night Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients who require rehabilitation and support.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage client rehabilitation, ensuring optimal physical and personal well-being.
- Assist clients with diet, hygiene, and appearance, and implement care and therapy plans.
- Administer and audit medication in conjunction with the Head of Nursing.
- Manage and assess continence and dietary needs in collaboration with specialists.
- Ensure safety, infection control, and accurate clinical records.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external professionals.
- Train staff on clinical care, supervise Support Workers, and maintain confidentiality.

Person Specification
- Registered Nurse Adult with valid NMC pin.
- Evidence of post-registration education and practice.
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
