About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to enhance market penetration.
  • Develop expertise in products and services, becoming a trusted specialist who supports customers with in-depth knowledge and adherence to company values.
  • Strive to meet and exceed company, team, and individual KPIs.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities, and perform all assigned duties professionally.
  • Actively contribute to a team-based sales approach, supporting colleagues with opportunities and seeking assistance from the sales team when necessary, ensuring the best resource is utilised to secure sales.
  • Champion the brand.
Requirements
  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical sales environment.
  • Customer-focused individual.
  • Able to work autonomously.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
  • Must have the full right to work in the UK indefinitely.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
What We Offer

The salary offered for this position is £40,000-£50,000, plus a company car and bonus, for candidates who meet all key qualifications and abilities.
