We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Construction team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the construction cycle of our developments, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

You will be based on site and report to the Construction Director/Regional Managing Director. Your key responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.

You will play a key role in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Retirement Living's desirable developments.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will hold a black or white CSCS card and have a wealth of previous Site Management experience gained building Residential Apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes, or student accommodation.

You will have a sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and be a qualified First Aider at Work. You will be assertive and calm under pressure, able to meet numerous construction deadlines while liaising with external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams.
