Quantity Surveyor Opportunity at Brandon James Ltd

A leading global Quantity Surveying consultancy, renowned for managing high-profile projects, is seeking a talented and driven Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol team.

About the Role

The incoming Quantity Surveyor will collaborate with clients across the real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors, specialising in major programs, program management, cost and commercial management, net-zero initiatives, and digital solutions.

With a highly experienced senior management team offering exceptional APC support, this role is perfect for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor seeking not only guidance and fast-track training but also clear progression to Senior and Director roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate Quantity Surveying activities for clients across various sectors
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure project profitability
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Contribute to the development of business growth strategies and initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements
  • RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • MRICS ideally or committed to achieving
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a Consultancy environment, ideally in property and real estate
  • Analytical and keen to develop professionally
  • Excellent client-facing abilities, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction
  • Proactive, passionate, and decisive; thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
