About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and at least 3 years of experience working in a Quantity Surveying role. You will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our projects, including estimating, cost planning, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including estimating, cost planning, and contract administration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and submit reports to clients and management.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a Quantity Surveying role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
