Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Hygiene Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our clients' food manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with client personnel to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain and update documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are available to support our operations
  • Implement and maintain effective waste management systems to minimize environmental impact
  • Report any issues that may impact the integrity of our services to clients
  • Provide training and support to our team members on health and safety, hygiene, and environmental best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven supervisory experience in an industrial food environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and approachable manner
  • Firm understanding of audit requirements within the industrial food manufacturing sector
  • High standard of work ethics and enthusiasm for a varied working environment
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to changing client requirements
  • Satisfactory ability in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
