Job Title: Housekeeping Staff

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and serviced to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within the housekeeping team to ensure consistent and efficient work is carried out to operational standards.
  • Be aware of business needs and assist in the rostering of staff to meet demand.
  • Efficiently use housekeeping stock and cleaning materials and help to maintain sufficient stock levels.
  • Assist with the checking and ordering of laundry ensuring consistency of the product.
  • Ensure excellent levels of cleanliness are maintained and any maintenance issues are reported promptly.
  • Ensure that you are aware of and comply with health & safety procedures.
  • Identify any training needs to Head Housekeeper.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
