About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Leader. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our shops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and maintain shop presentation standards to ensure a welcoming and engaging environment for customers
  • Process bets and manage shop operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the development of new initiatives
