Finance Manager FP&A - Nottingham

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic FP&A team in Nottingham. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in managing key financial processes and communications for our Global Sourcing division.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Central Planning Management: You will oversee all central planning processes, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and creating outputs for both Global Brands and Group stakeholders.
  2. Group Reporting: You will manage group reporting for legal entity views, including consolidated P&L, CSR, and Investor Relations submissions.
  3. Allocation Process Ownership: You will develop and maintain the Global Brands allocation process, analyze post-allocation views, and provide key finance support for process improvements.
  4. Planning Analytics Administration: You will administer the Global Brands Planning Analytics system, working with Global Finance Systems to enhance functionality and ensure data integrity for planning processes and month/quarter-end completions.
  5. Team Development & Process Improvement: You will support the professional growth of your team and drive process improvements with a continuous improvement mindset.
  6. Project Support: You will provide crucial finance support for projects related to the reporting of Global Sourcing.
Requirements:
  1. Qualified Finance Professional: CIMA, ACA, or ACCA
  2. Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to challenging business performance.
  3. Expertise in Excel and finance systems (experience with Planning Analytics is a plus).
