- To maintain a clean and attractive dining environment, prioritizing the comfort and satisfaction of Nala's patrons.
- To continuously evaluate and enhance the catering service, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- To design and introduce innovative menus, catering concepts, and food initiatives that meet the evolving tastes and dietary requirements of Nala's customers.
- To manage food inventory, ordering, and delivery, ensuring timely and efficient service, including special dietary and function catering as needed.
- To ensure that all catering staff are aware of and accommodate specific customer allergies and dietary restrictions.
- To maintain accurate records of allergy tracking and customer preferences.
