Job Summary

We're currently seeking a Christmas Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with our sales floor team to provide excellent customer service and support during the busy Christmas period.

About the Role

As a Christmas Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing fast and friendly service to our customers, helping them find the perfect products;
  • Sharing your knowledge and passion about our products with customers;
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized sales floor, making it easy for customers to shop from;
  • Working in various areas of the store, including stockrooms and processing deliveries;
  • Supporting colleagues and managers in achieving sales targets;
  • Taking ownership of your development and contributing to the success of the team;

Salary and Benefits
