The Role and Team

We're seeking an experienced Channel Account Manager to drive our channel program to the next stage. As a key member of our growing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to expand our channel presence in Europe and the USA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a channel enablement program to upskill and excite channel partner personnel.
  • Build trusted relationships with channel partners, adapting your approach to engage with different personas.
  • Develop Partner Business Plans (PBPs) with channel partners, including performance metrics, sales objectives, and marketing plans.
  • Drive and overlay alignment between SenseOn AEs and channel partner AEs.
  • Conduct regular sales training presentations with channel partner sales teams.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a channel management position for a cybersecurity vendor.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organised, attentive, thorough, methodical, disciplined, and dependable.
  • Determined and robust, with the ability to operate effectively during a challenging stage of growth.
