About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Security Officer to join our team in Surrey. This is a full-time position, working 42 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off basis, with 12-hour shifts Monday to Sunday. The rate of pay is £12.61 per hour.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrolling and securing the area, establishing presence and maintaining safety standards.
  • Monitoring surveillance equipment, performing building and equipment inspections, and protecting company assets from theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
  • Responding to alarms and emergencies, communicating irregularities with management, and keeping incident report records.
  • Booking in colleagues, visitors, contractors, and tenants onto the site, aiding people in need, and responding to alarms by investigating and resolving incidents promptly.
