Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning Expert to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Forecasting: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports for stakeholders, identifying trends and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  3. Budgeting and Cash Flow Management: Manage budgeting processes, oversee cash flow, and forecast financial projections to ensure accurate planning.
  4. Tax, Audit, and Compliance: Oversee tax, audit, and compliance processes to ensure regulatory standards are met, minimizing risks.
  5. Financial Controls and Reporting Systems: Implement efficient financial controls and reporting systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  6. Cost-Saving Initiatives and Resource Allocation: Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
Requirements
  1. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, forecast trends, and solve complex financial issues.
  2. Technical Knowledge: Proficient in accounting standards, budgeting, and financial software, with a strong understanding of financial regulations.
