About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile transformation project and make a real impact on the efficiency of our production processes.
You will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and be responsible for leading the development and implementation of process improvements, with a focus on Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement techniques.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Developing and maintaining process documentation and standards
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
