Job Title: Support Worker

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housework.
  • Assist clients with medication management and provide emotional support.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of social care experience (specialist training provided).
  • Caring and compassionate nature, with excellent communication skills.
