Job Title: Senior Key Worker

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Key Worker to join our team. As a Senior Key Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. You'll work closely with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and meet the care needs of our clients, including personal care, medication management, and practical tasks.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of social care experience, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Valid DBS check and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
