Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Alliances Manager to join our team at OSF Digital.
As a trusted member of the Salesforce family, OSF has received significant investments, establishing itself as a leading partner. Our distinctiveness lies in being a global consulting and delivery partner for Salesforce, equipped to provide comprehensive support across the entire Salesforce customer 360 platform.
The Alliances Manager builds and drives relationships with OSF's partners to drive revenue and customer success.
This role closely collaborates with Sales & Marketing teams to develop strong, lucrative, and positive relationships & revenues with OSF partners. A significant portion of this role is dedicated to managing and expanding our partnership with Salesforce.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and expand a network of contacts within the partners teams;
- Work with marketing field team on initiatives, when partners need to be involved;
- Make formal and informal presentations to all levels of management when needed;
- Foster a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement;
- Identify opportunities through partners and bring them into the sales pipeline;
- Work partner driven opportunities, in collaboration with account executives and sales representatives until close;
- Continually monitor market conditions, partner relationships, conduct research and review industry news, trends and data to provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders;
Qualifications / Experience:
- A successful candidate will be a motivated people person with deep experience with strategic alliances, with a focus on driving revenue with Salesforce and cultivating customer relationships
- Sound business acumen skills; thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to quickly ascertain and build relationships with key decision makers internally and externally
- Experienced, curious, resilient leader who understands how to leverage key partnerships to achieve short-term goals and drive the long-term, strategic vision
- Creative and influential partner who understands and leverages data to develop clarity out of chaos, persuade and drive growth
- Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work both independently and coordinate with multiple teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through marketing, partnerships and customer relationships
- Willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time
Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
