Madisons Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client\u2019s team in Warrington. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of bathroom or kitchen programmes across the Northwest and West Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce detailed site surveys to ensure accurate information for quoting purposes.
  • Attend pre-start meetings and communicate findings to the office via email, including written reports, photo evidence, and drawings.
  • Manage health, safety, and environmental matters, ensuring compliance with Company Procedures and record-keeping.
  • Liaise with the Administration Team to schedule planned works on a weekly basis.
  • Administer variation works, including recording and communicating delays and additional costs in line with company procedures.
  • Manage labour, subcontractors, materials, plant, and skips on site in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide site-specific inductions and client/customer management, including query resolution, regular job progress updates, and attending customer reviews.
  • Hand over completed projects to customers snag-free and within budget.
  • Submit daily WIP reports to the Administration Team and weekly progress reports to the Projects Manager.
  • Attend weekly project meetings with the Projects Manager.
  • Complete and submit all project-related paperwork in accordance with company policy.
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • CSCS card.
  • SMSTS.
  • Manual Handling training.
  • First Aid.
  • Asbestos Awareness.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work clearly and accurately under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience managing tradespeople and contractors across multiple sites.
  • Previous experience in the adapted living sector is an advantage.
  • Commercially astute and aware.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An eye for detail and finish.
