Job Title: Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Rogers McHugh Recruitment. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running and operations on site of one floor of a large project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the construction on your floor, including sub-contractors
  • Oversee the running of your floor with regards to health & safety, program, and quality
  • Liaise with a range of professionals, including designers and consultants
  • Management responsibilities for all Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Commercial approach to manage project effectively
  • Ensure delivery of the project onsite to a high quality
Requirements:
  • Previous Site Management experience
  • Previous experience with commercial fitout projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong construction knowledge
  • Teamwork and commitment
  • Site Management qualification
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • First Aid Trained

They work with clients from initial consultation right through to delivery to shape workspaces that meet the needs of organisations and their people. The company currently focuses on medium to large CAT A and CAT B refurbs/fitouts across the northwest and parts of the UK.
