Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of Fit Out packages to a high standard, supporting the Project Managers with site meetings, progress reports, and client review meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest standard and in accordance with the client's requirements.
- Project Support: Assist the Project Managers with site meetings, progress reports, and client review meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
- Labour Management: Manage labour allocation and scheduling, ensuring that the right resources are in place to meet the project's needs.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Competitive Salary: £50,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
